Q : You recently helped me change my email address for my account. I have placed the upload widget on my company website but when I click the link the pop up window shows my old email address instead of my new email address. How can I fix this?
A : In your account, click on the Widget tab, and fill out the information in the Business field. Click "Continue". This manoeuvre will reset your drop box info, you won't have to re-embed the code.
