Problems receiving files, emails and notifications
If you haven’t received the delivery email notification, please check your Spam folder. All notifications are sent from email@example.com.
Webcargo is using a 3rd party provider for all email notifications. A suppression list is maintained for recipient email addresses that have caused a hard bounce within the past 14 days. The service considers these addresses to be invalid. When you try to send a delivery to an address on the suppression list, Webcargo succeeds to send the instructions to our email provider but the service treats the email as a hard bounce and does not send the email.
If you think your email might be on this list, please open a ticket and paste the exact email. We'll make sure to remove it from the suppression list.
